denegado la inscripci\u00f3n de escrituras p\u00fablicas de designaci\u00f3n de apoyos voluntarios y apoyos especiales, por haber incurrido en error sustantivo en la competencia notarial que corresponde de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto Legislativo 1384 y siguientes normas que modificaron la regulaci\u00f3n de la capacidad jur\u00eddica de las personas con discapacidad y la
